Monthly maintenance up to 1 hour has a fee of $30 Updates that change over 30% of the site or 40% of a page are considered re-designs and are not included in this package. Charges will be negotiated on a per instance basis.
Monthly maintenance up to 3 hours has a fee of $75
For a single fee of only $300, you can have your site updated for a full year. This includes changes such as email address, updating photos, and editing text. It does not included redesigning the entire web site.

*Please note that we reserve the right to delay start of package until first payment has cleared your financial institution. (This does not apply to payments made by money order or existing PayPal. If mailing payment, package creation does not begin until first payment is received and cleared. Once payment (or first payment if using payment plan) has cleared work will begin on your project. Special circumstances will be considered and handled on a case-by-case basis.
